What motivated you to work in veterinary medicine?
Originally it was wanting to help animals and people that don’t have a voice to speak for themselves, then I discovered how challenging it is and how much problem-solving it required and I loved the profession even more!
What has been your most rewarding moment working in veterinary medicine?
The moments where I see pets get better, even if we haven’t been able to figure out what is entirely wrong.
If you weren’t working at a veterinary clinic, what would you be doing?
Working in a lab as a pathologist

Graduating from vet school.
What do you do in your spare time?
Read books, play Dungeons and Dragons, watch movies or stream 1990s or early 2000s TV series. If it’s football season I watch the NFL games when I can, particularly the Buffalo Bills. Although I’m not a fan that will jump on foldable tables.

People who aren’t open minded.

I don’t have any currently but if I did it would be at least 1 dog.
If you were to come back as an animal, what would it be and why?
I’d come back as a snow leopard because they are fluffy and can withstand winter.
What is your favorite childhood movie and why?
Beauty and the Beast – my favorite story, and it has a princess that likes to read books.
What is your favorite childhood memory?
I used to hate the feeling of grass on my bare feet. My Dad tried to get me to “deal with it” by putting my play set out in our backyard so I’d have to play in the grass. Except at the time I put on my Velcro shoes and then went to go play. Outsmarting my Dad was fun.
